Introducing Our New Office Manager

I’m hereby thrilled to introduce you to Jess Muniz, our new office manager and the newest member of our team. Jess has been in the pet world for years—she started as a groomer, spent seven years perfecting her craft, and eventually became an area manager for a grooming franchise. She took a detour into property management for a bit but couldn’t resist the pull back to pets.

Jess is an Atlanta native through and through. She loves exploring the city’s amazing food scene, going to festivals, and enjoying live music whenever she’s not busy keeping things running smoothly at Buckhead Pet Pals.

While Jess is new to the team, we are grateful that she found her way to us and is using her many talents for the benefit of the pet parents we serve and the pets we care for. Jess is already diving in and excited to get to know everyone, so be sure to give her a warm welcome when you get a chance.
